Recommended purpose: Supports healthy knee joint function and helps knee extension
during exercise. Helps knee joint health when walking and climbing stairs. Helps in the

Recommended adult dose: 1 caplet daily, taken with vitamin D and calcium, or as directed
by a health care practitioner.
